How on point in this!?
Sometimes we put so much pressure on ourselves and that’s really not healthy. I was about to go to extremes again just to “look good” for an upcoming photo shoot.
I recently heard someone say something along these lines:
“If you’re going to start something, begin right where you are.”
So I started small by changing my diet and cutting certain things out. I am pushing myself to get up even earlier just so I can meditate longer. Those minutes alone with my feelings and thoughts are essential and get me ready for the day ahead.
And lastly “mini workouts.” I say mini because I’m not going hard like I used to since I’m fighting a cold (I’ll get back to it though!).
Baby steps because when you put too much on your plate too soon you’re more likely to not stick with it. And I want to stick with it.
Whatever you are setting your mind to do remember these steps and repeat.
