This past weekend was nice. The sun was out and I saw that it was 51 degrees and thought it’d be a great day to chill around the city and take outfit pics. Now don’t get me wrong, sure it was nice, but it wasn’t that nice. A little rise in temps and everyone goes O.D.
Once I hit the park it suddenly became windy and very chilly so taking pics was a bit of a challenge. I just really wanted to wear my lil anorak and gold studded flats!
I’ve been pretty obsessed with military green, parkas, and anoraks and have been wanting one in that color for awhile. I’m still on the hunt for a versatile one for the spring/fall but saw this one on Charlotte Russe for sale and couldn’t resist. I discovered it while working on this post. The material is a lot softer than I expected so I have to be careful with it because it may get damaged easily. It’s light weight and the faux fur hood came in handy with the wind. I love the draw string inside which I can play with for styling and accentuating my waist. Overall, I’m pleased with my purchase. It’s cute, stylish, and a great lightweight transitional jacket.
Thanks for visiting!
